About Us

Our aim is to maintain the vitality of the Black community through education that reinforces the development and knowledge of self.

The Story of FETE and its Founder

“Our youth suffer far too often from a lack of knowledge, lack of understanding and a lack of self- worth. It’s a vicious cycle that I am still fighting to get out of every day, and there was nothing ever taught me in to school to overcome it.” – Lori

Lori Chambers was born in 1985 in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. She is the creator of Finding Empowerment Through Education, LLC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English at the historically Black Clark Atlanta University.
Her conceptual framework for education revolution over the years conceived a new paradigm called New Element, a collection of educational researchers creating courses, programs, values, and culture based on the ideas she has developed over the years.
New Element is an ever-evolving curriculum designed to be taught to all ages. She intends to collaborate with every sector to form a new culture of meaningful work and self-determination.

Lori is passionate about the upliftment of inner-city communities worldwide. She wishes to reduce gun violence, poverty and the vulnerability of children by building a new system of education and business development that can be shared throughout the country and beyond.

She started working with community members and students in Atlanta and Philadelphia and is now helping to impact students everywhere through her curriculum which includes books, learning aids, consultations & courses.

As a newly established education publisher and author, her first book titled Remember and Transform: A plan of action for a New Vision of education and economics in the Black community, where she offers her solutions and invites you to a 1st person account of her own public-school journey to share her struggle for self-worth and beating the statistics. You can find the book at Amazon (paperback) or Kindle (ebook).

Lori’s debut book answers the pressing question of today, what is the future of education in America? “The psychological effect of the current school system stagnates growth and damages the mind and spirit, leaving us as fragmented and confused adults perpetuating societal ills without the tools to solve them.”  Lori
